This is a image taken of me, Sonbul and Kadijo while we was on one of our documentary scenes interviewing.  

This was Sahedul's interview. We sat him outside an office to show that he has an air of delinquency to him and that he is a troublemaker. 

 

 

In this photo Kadijo is trying to film sahedul. Kadijo was trying hard to get sahedul to sit there and be able to get the scene done without messing about.

LO3 Production Log

Task:

Production meetings and production log

This should read like a diary – WHAT DID YOU LEARN/ DISCOVER – HOW HAS YOUR LEARNING PROGRESSED

Throughout working in this unit with my group I have come to learn it isn't as easy as it seems. Working together is very challenging and you must make sure your aware of everyone's actions within your group as all the work is important to each and everyone in the group.

During the first week of deciding what the factual programming documentary was going to be about we had many ideas but the ideas wont working for everyone so we had to try to combine and try to make the ideas all work instead of making them clash together.

Finally at the end we came up with a good group idea which everyone was happy with and didn't feel left out or lacking in self-esteem.

We are half way though our production work, however we are lacking in making our video. We have a few scenes done but yet still not finished and no were near editing yet. 

Production schedule

15th February 2013- This was the date we started to plan all our work on what we will be doing a documentary on. Everyone in the group had their say and we took it in concern and came up with a plan of doing a documentary on stereotype and added a bit of everyone individual idea in.

21st February 2013- By this week we started to plan all the questions that we will be asking each person we interview. we came up with different sets of questions that are relevant to stereotyping and we asked what they think of it.

22nd February 2013- We started filming most the scenes by this date and got a few interviews done.

26th/28th February 2013 - We had a few people let us down and we won't able to interview them so we had to come up with a back up plan as soon as possible.

29th February 2013 - We managed to get the filming done and only had to start to edit and make sure everything was uploaded in our blogger. 

5th March 2013 - We carried on filming the scenes we needed.

11th March 2013 - Filming and and planning to film new people. 

20th March 2013 - We still was filming and editing the clips we already had.

1st April 2013 - We was on track and up to date most the scene were done just need to finish editing and do any extra work if needed.

8th April 2013 - By this date we had completed our Factual programming unit. All left to do was make sure everything is up to date and nothing was lacking on the blogger or on our video.

LO3 Production Roles

Task:

Production roles
(who worked as director, actors, camera operator, editor etc.)

In our group we sat down and decided what roles will be given to who and for what reason they should be able to get this role.

Sonbul got the role of being the 'Director' as well as having the chance to help edit as well. The reason to why Sonbul got this role is because she is organised and knows what to order people in the group to making sure they get their parts done.

Kadijo got the role to be the 'Editor and Camera operator'. The reason to why Kadijo got these roles is because she is good at time managing and understands well what she is doing.

Minha (I) got the role of working as 'Camera operator' as well as being able to help 'Edit'. The reason to why my group thought i would be good at this job is because am helpful and able to work as a group and share same roles with another member of the group.

We all have our own responsibilities but we shared the 'editing' process as this is meant to be an equal share and we all be able to experience the editing role.

LO3 Lighting

In our school we do not have any lighting equipments so we can only relay on the natural lighting.
